Our goal is to accept each child, place them in the appropriate class, and help them to realize their optimal potential through the medium of gymnastics. Our goal at High Flyers is to provide a safe and fun gymnastics experience for each gymnast, while at the same time providing opportunities for competition. Gymnastics is one of the most beautiful sports and is an excellent activity for developing the whole person. In addition to building strength, agility, and coordination, gymnastics also promotes essential life qualities such as self-confidence, attention to detail and perseverance.

Our progressive curriculum has been well planned. It has been developed relative to ages, developmental stages and appropriate gymnastics progression of skills. All activities are goal oriented. Correct gymnastics technique, form, strength and flexibility are emphasized throughout all levels.
