OVERVIEW OF ALL CLASSES (Click on a class title below and it will take you to the registration page for that class.)
TOTS TO AGE 6 (co-ed)
Parent-Tot
Ages 18 months to 3 years with parent participant
Through play, the tiniest tots learn motor skills and balance, develop spatial and body awareness, and
explore movement. At least one parent must participate in these activities with their child, and it’s a
great way to learn how to continue your child’s progress at home.
Preschool (ages 3 to 6)
Preschoolers develop coordination and confidence with fun movement activities that let kids work off
their energy at the end of the day. Guided by our preschool coach, your child will explore our foam pit,
tumble track, trampoline, and parachute. Music, games, and basic gymnastic movements add to the fun.
This class emphasizes motor development, spatial awareness and movement exploration. Children learn
introductory skills on all apparatus and trampoline.
