Safety First

Safety is of utmost importance to us. Our instructors are safety certified and CPR trained, and our equipment is the most advanced available.

Please review these safety rules with your gymnast.

> Students must remain in the building at all times. Waiting outside for rides is not permitted.

> Only gymnasts and instructors are allowed on the gym floor. Parents can watch their children practice on any apparatus from our comfortable viewing area.

> No student is allowed on equipment or tumbling areas without the supervision of an instructor.

Equipment

Our gym is equipped with top-rated apparatus, including:

> AAI and Spieth Anderson Beams, Bars, Vault
> Nissen Trampolines
> Competition balance beams, parallel bars, high bar, rings, pommel horse, spring floors.
> Tumble Traks

“The Pit”
Our fun-filled foam pit provides movement exercises for younger kids and a soft landing for more
advanced students as they practice their tumbling skills and perfect their dismounts.
The pit is 6' deep and filled with thousands of foam cubes. A trampoline
placed 2' from the bottom of the pit "fluffs" the foam cubes each time a gymnast jumps into them.
“From our equipment to our instructors and lesson plans, safety is of utmost importance,” says Nancy, a nationally certified gymnastics coach.

“We teach skills with the correct form and in the right sequence so students have the background and confidence to stretch themselves,”
