Why Gymnastics?

Your child doesn’t need to aspire to Olympic stardom to benefit from gymnastics training. In fact, our
movement and gymnastics programs help kids feel comfortable with the changes in their bodies as they
grow from childhood through adolescence. In short, gymnastics helps kids lead a more balanced life.
We offer classes for all age groups, from the tiniest tots through students in elementary, middle and
high school.
Our Classes
> Are grouped by skill level, so you child feels comfortable learning new skills alongside other students.
> Let kids experience the fun of sports and the importance of being fit.
> Teach self-discipline and build self-confidence.
> Have a low student-to-instructor ratio, with one head instructor and coach in every class.
> Offer separate boys and girls classes for optimal learning.
> Teach skills in a logical progression, with lesson plans fine-tuned to teach correct form and technique.

promote physical fitness and the sport of gymnastics.
For decades, our gym has produced medal winners in all age groups at the Michigan State
Championships, USA Gymnastics meets, and the annual Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) National Age
Group Championships.
